Debra is terrific...so talented, compassionate and wonderful to work with. When you enter her office space you immediately feel relaxed and calm. She is so competent and experienced....I trust her.

Dr. Kroll took special time with me and made phone calls to try to assist me in finding necessary care. She is expert and understanding and she will never do a procedure just for the money. She could have done a procedure, but she knew it was not necessary. I understand she always is honest with prospective patients about whether a procedure is necessary. She is kind, caring and expert. I highly recommend her.

Awaking in the morning with a severe pain in my left eye, I thought that somehow an eye lash hair was somehow lodged in my eye. I was able to secure an appointment with Dr Kroll and after a quick examination, she was able to dislodge a large dry mucus from the left edge of my left eye. The pain and soreness were immediately relieved! She applied non-prescription eye drops and gave me instructions for after-care. Like many of us, I am senstive to prodding around my eyes, having had cataract surgery twice. She knew just how to calm me down to isolate and solve the problem. I strongly recommend Dr. Kroll and will certainly return to her when the situation calls.

Dr. Kroll is a very skilled doctor with a kind and gentle manner. Walking into her office is a pleasure. Her receptionist and assistant are both warm and friendly, which made me feel completely relaxed and welcomed. The doctor removed a skin tag from under my eye and even with a magnification mirror I can't see the scar. The whole procedure was painless and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Kroll!

Dr. Kroll was very gentle and kind and told me exactly what she was going to do and what to expect. I basically needed to have an accumulation of water that had formed into a tiny pocket under my lower eye lid removed. She numbed my eye-so I didn't feel a thing -and was able to remove the clog that was causing my lower eye lid to look puffy. Within 24 hours it was all gone and I am deliriously happy with the result. Only wish I had discovered Doctor Kroll sooner. I highly recommend her services.

Extraordinary Experience DR KROLL’s competence, focus, knowledge and extraordinary chair side manner showcases her humanity towards me as a patient, something that is both precious and rare. If “a good physician treats the disease, the great physician treats the patient who has the disease” then her superb skill, kind listening, patience and genuine niceness is both welcomed and treasured. I never felt the injection and there isn’t a trace to show where the procedure was. With Diane, her secretary, perhaps the most caring administrative person I have ever had the honor of being helped by and Esther, her medical assistant who put me at ease immediately, I was fortunate to have the best trio I could have asked for.

My family owes immense gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Kroll! She was instrumental to the detection and cure of my father's cancer. She made sure all the diagnostic testing was done and diagnosed properly as well as referring us to a team of amazing oncologists and their staff. Dr. Kroll is an amazing eye doctor. I have gone to close to a dozen eye doctors throughout the years due to chronic cystic stye’s that often have to be surgically removed. Dr. Kroll was the 3rd ophthalmologist I visited during that year and she was able to diagnose my issue on my 1st visit to her office!!
