Dr. Hardy-CARTRIGHT insisted I have a pelvic cancer procedure before getting a referral for UAE.. I was asked while undressed, on the table and vulnerable to suggestion. I had the procedure done, and now reget it. When I went to the referred doctor, he said that procedure is not required to get work done by him. All of my pap smears have always been normal.

I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I recently switched my insurance and they gave me this location for my pcp. The receptionist, I believe her name is Jeri, was so nasty and hung up the phone on me after saying they didn't take my insurance. I tried to understand why they didn't except even though I'm being told otherwise and she said it's so busy so she cant double check until a few hours. She was unempathetic to my situation and made it seem as if I was wasting her time and said I'm taking up space from patients they do accept if she schedules me before confirming my insurance. I worked in customer service for 6 years. That is unacceptable behavior. She needs more training or doesn't need to be in that line of work with such a nasty demeanor. She makes the practice looks bad since she's the first point of contact. Thank goodness for the other receptionist who answered when I called back and actually checked with the doctor about the discrepancy with my insurance.

I have been a patient for many years. I have always been able to get an appointment at a reasonable time, and I am never waiting long to be seen once checked in. I am never rushed or made to feel like any question is stupid. I can call at any time for questions or to get prescriptions that are needed. I have been able to phone after hours and always get a prompt call back and the medicine that is needed until I can be seen. Office staff is great and make you feel very welcome. I am very happy
