Love Dr. Walton, when I can see her but that is rare. But her staff will leave you on hold for 15-20 minutes on average EVERY TIME YOU CALL!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

while I cannot not speak about Dr. coats-Walton personally because I've only seen the P.A. in her office. I had a script written for which is now unavailable, between the pharmacy and I trying to contact the office to get another medicine have been unsuccessful. Either your on hold, hung up on or the computer system is down. I would never recommend this office. It takes nothing for me to move on.

So disappointed, dissatisfied with Dr. Coats-Walton’s sebaceous cyst removal. The assistant tried to talk me out of it. Dr. Coats-Walton’s procedure took less than 2 mins. The incision became infected. Was prescribed an antibiotic. The infection went away but noticed that the cyst returned and was bigger. During 3rd appt was told that Dr. was on a conference call & couldn’t come to see me. That same assistant told me that removal isn’t wouldn’t be successful and I should learn to live with it!

She removed something from my leg that had been there for many years. She did a great job and I am very pleased.

I had an extremely positive experience here. The staff was quick and attentive. Dr. Coates-Walton was professional yet amiable and caring. She prescribed a cream to help creepy skin and carefully provided cosmetic services. I highly recommend Dr. Coates Watson. The office even offered to have her stay slightly after closing to accommodate my hours.

In the last year, scheduling with Dr. Walton has been a nightmare. Most recently, her office called me to reschedule on three separate occasions. This last time they called 30 mins prior to the appointment and the next available appointment isn't until January. I understand emergencies come up. Doctors are people too. However, I've been trying to get an appointment since October and these multiple reschedulings should at least get me higher priority for the next appointment. Very disappointing!

Horrible scheduling and the front desk lacks skills in professionalism. Dr. Coasts-Walton seems to tolerate the actions of her staff. And, she could do better with client teaching. Time for an upgrade in servicing the community. So disappointed. Do better.

Do not waste your time or money going to this Doctor! I too agree with the comments about her staff and their lack of professionalism. Dr. Coats-Walton's seems to have also changed since she no longer has her PA's there and is doing everything herself. I had a biopsy done by her that was a botched job and has cost me a lot of money and pain to attempt to attempt to correct. Don't let her cut on you or you will regret it!

Her front office staff is horrible. Specifically Latasha. Just making an appointment is a struggle. I am always on a long hold. Any time they are suppose to call me back they don't. They aren't knowledgeable. The doctor herself is actually good. But her front staff is the absolute worst. I have been on hold plenty of times and the line will just hang up on me. I am on Accutane and I have a window in which I can get my prescriptions, so dealing with the front staff has been the worst. DO NOT COME
