She is wonderful I had to wait 8 months to get an appointment but it was worth it. She is very thorough and most importantly listen to what you have to say. Very happy with my experience.I should mention the staff are all friendly and helpful.

I went to her for almost five years, until I recently moved away from the area. She listens to you and is very easy going. She is very knowledgeable and always knew the answers to my questions. I wish I could still go to her.

Gone to Dr. Black for many years!! I have NO idea what on earth happened when Jen went in!!! I have NEVER had to wait! Maybe once for 30 minutes but 99% of the time it's under 15 minutes. She listens to every word that you say and she's never got her hand on your back shoving you out while she asks 'do you have anything you need to talk about today?' when she is with you she is PRESENT with you!! Don't want to go anywhere else!!! And her staff?? LOVE THEM ALL!! Like to go higher than a 5!

I have went to dr black for 20 years. She is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. She doesn’t rush you and yes that does cause a wait sometimes but she is well worth the wait.

Very impressed with my time spent at Dr. Blacks office. She took the time to thoroughly go through some very important issues and I did not feel rushed at all. She is wonderful to talk with and I'm glad to have found her. There was no long wait, everything ran smooth and timely. The staff is also very polite and friendly. Robert you are a real gem!

Poor Jen!! I was so surprised to read her review because I have gone to Dr. Black for many years now and she is the most thorough Dr. that I have ever gone to. I don't believe that I have EVER waited more than 30 minutes! When that happens I am NEVER upset because she is so good at explaining whatever is going on with you! She never has one hand on y our shoulder pushing you out the door while she is trying to tell you something important! I just referred my son to her; he was very happy!

Dr. Black is an excellent Doctor, She takes the time she needs with you to make sure she gets to the bottom of what ever the problem maybe. On the occasions when I have to wait, I don't mind it, because I know some one is needing extra attention. Better to have Good health care than to be Rushed in and out like a lot of other Doctors Do

She has ZERO bedside manner & doesn't care about patients. She only cares about insurance money. I waited an hour & 15 mins before she came into the room. Her attitude is terrible. I was being seen for one thing & since I was there I asked her to refill my prescriptions. She replied with didn't we squeeze you in today, that's not what you are here for, I don't have time. I informed her that she would be billing my insurance who would be billing me. She then refilled them. DO NOT GO TO HER!
