Dr Photos managed the care of my father’s DM1affected feet for years. At the end of his life, she was the only medical professional he trusted to collaborate with when making medically necessary decisions related to his feet. She went above and beyond to educate him and advocate for him, while respecting his wishes and developing an optimal plan of care based on his individual needs while respecting his wishes. She communicated with us and made herself available after hours when he refused care from other podiatrists/vascular surgeons… Our family is forever grateful for the decades of care he received from her, and the decades her care added to his life and life quality.

Dr. Photos is knowledgeable and listens. When she gives you an injection - it works. I've seen Podiatry Specialists for years & she is excellent. Her staff are friendly & helpful. One of the best departments in the Veterans Hospital.

Dr Photos has always gone above and beyond just trimming the toenails. We have never had a more caring or attentive doctor in 52 years of going to the VA!

Disorganized, unprepared, long wait to be seen, doesn't follow through with proposed consults, treatment or plan, negligent with medical records, notes incorrect symptoms and information in record, poor listener, poor attention, barely looked at or touched my feet and gives generalized, broad review/diagnosis weeks after an appointment. A complete waste of time with no resolution to feet and ankle issues. I have diminished mobility and issues walking, but what does she care.
