Long wait time. Did not address health issues adequately, therefore some health conditions were not treated properly. Did not refer to specialist when needed. Did not receive proper health care.

Got their information off of the United Health Care website and called to schedule an appointment and they told me they didn't take my kind of insurance.

Dr Figueroa has taken excellent care of me and I trust her. She is very thorough and actually talks to me instead of constantly looking at a computer. Her chair side manner is excellent and I don’t feel like just a number. We communicate very well and I know I’m in good hands.

Dr. Figeuroa seemed fine, but after diagnosing me with a very minor nasal problem and giving me some nasal spray, my symptoms have gotten worse. Now I'm coughing, my throat is bothering me, and I still have headaches. Also, the two female staff members at the front desk were sarcastic and rude to me. They gossiped about me while I was still sitting in the waiting area. I guess they thought I couldn't hear them or something since their window was closed. I found that to be very unprofessional.
