Dr. Ekery has been my cardiologist for 18 years and has always treated me with great respect, care and competence. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a thoughtful, conservative approach to cardiac care.

Extremely satisfied with my appointment with Dr. Ekery. Because doctors today have a heavy patient load they seldom have time to listen very much to the patient. Dr. Ekery listens and explains things very well. She is thorough and very professional. Will continue being her patient and will recommend her, especially to my family members.

I made a mistake in my rating of Dr. Ekery. I was signed as TR, MD. and my note is dated june 22. I meant to rate her five star and not three star. That was an errorwheni did my review of the evaluation . She is excellent. TR, MD

Dr Ekery is a wonderful doctor. She takes her time to get to know her patients and she has an amazing memory. Several of my family members also go to her and she often asks about them at my visits. I have never felt rushed through an appointment.

Dr. Ekery is my third cardiologist at Austin Heart Hospital. All have been exceptional. The first retired and the second moved to Colorado. In searching for a new cardiologist I contacted a good friend who had worked at Austin Heart far a number of years and is now retired and asked far recommendations. She suggested Dr. Ekery. After a bit more research I settled on Dr. Ekery and have been very pleased with the choice. Her exams have been thorough and she takes the time to explain results of any tests or procedures that I had. She also insures that any questions or concerns I might have are dealt with. On a scale of one to ten, I would give her a score of ten.

My wife has been a patient of Dr. Ekery for several years, so when I began experiencing chest pain I knew where to go. It turned out I had a 90% blockage of my right coronary artery, and one stent later the problem was gone. I recommend Dr. Ekery and the team she works with very highly.

Dr Ekery provides exemplary care. She is a good listener, her examination is very thorough, she includes the patient in decision-making, she is a great team player with my other doctors, she suggests appropriate tests, and she is brilliant, keeping up with the latest in medical care. Dr. Ekery is a top notch professional and a wonderful, caring person. At 86 I have had a host of physicians and she is the best. My life expectancy according to most data is short, but she has kept me alive for fifteen years and growing. Anyone who sees her is very fortunate.

One of the best... – Nov 01, 2019
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Ekery?
Dr Deborah Ekery has been my cardiologist for over 12 years....During that time, she has communicated with my primary care doctor in a very efficient manner. She has always been very professional and takes the time to listen to my concerns. Her "bed side manners" are second to none. She always makes me feel like I'm her only patient. I always look forward to my check-up. She's the best.... and "easy on the eyes"! I highly recommend her......
