Dr. Anderson is well-educated and very smart doctor. However, she is also EXTREMELY busy - too busy to listen to patients when they try to ask questions. She is rude, abrupt, at times condescending, and will nearly always interrupt you when speaking or just talk over you. She has made it very clear that she has only 30 minutes to allot to each patient but spent 20 minutes of my appointment railing at me about how busy she was and that I had too many conditions for her to handle in one appointment. She willingly took on my case a couple of years ago, knowing that I have a chronic condition. I loved that she advocated for me, finding the best specialists to dive deep into my conditions to find a diagnosis. However, within the last month or so, apparently my conditions have become too chronic for her to handle. Instead of being a professional and politely informing me that my medical care would be best handled by an internist and I needed to transfer care, she continued to rant on uncontrollably. I left the appointment in tears. I don't want to go back.

I have been going to Dr. Anderson for years. I have always found her to be personable, thorough and informative. She is a very good general practitioner. The only down side is the office she works out of overbooks and runs slow at times. She is the only reason I continue to go back. I trust her with my care.
