Dr. Biswas and co. were all very professional and made me feel very comfortable during appointments and day of procedures. You can just tell they are very good at what they do. Thank you and the relief of my carpal tunnel symptoms in both hands is amazing and you can barely even see the incisions.

Dr. Biswas listened, was professional, and was able to obtain authorization for surgery rapidly. Amazing surgeon for a complicated surgery, I had no pain or numbness post op and recovered quickly. i highly recommend.

I was in MVA my ulna and radius bone were completely broken after the accident. Including my fingers were stuck. Doctor Biswas did wonderful work. Implanted a hardware in my right radius and ulna bone, as well did a carpal tunnel release. My bones are all healed. He is a great doctor. Cut me off cold turkey from opioids 3 months after my surgery (understandable). The only complaint I have is.. I still have my hardware, doctor said there is no need to remove it EVER. The first three months I had no pain, but after the three months I started developing strong pain in my arm. Stabbing pain, soreness, numbness, and tingling. Sometimes my fingers are the same way too. I told doctor Biswas the issues and he seems to brush it off as if it’s none of his concern anymore after the surgery. Recommended that he could take the hardware out.. BUT no guarantee that it would help. Not the answer I wanted to hear. Now I’m scrambling to find another doctor to take away this pain I’ve been living in with

He doesn't listen to what you are trying to explain to him. He doesn't look at your previous records and imaging from other medical professionals without shoving it down his throat. He seems to lack compassion and concern. He seems like one of those doctors who would tell you "I went to school for over a decade for this specialty, you as a patient has no clue what you are talking about.".

I've had 3 surgeries done by Dr. Biswas since last year, broken L wrist & broken R thumb (I'm self destructive!) Dr. Biswas & his staff have been outstanding with the attention & care I've received to date. I am very happy my family has found his practice & he has done an excellent job fixing me & bringing back the quality of life I enjoyed before being injured ??

I had nothing but a great experience with Dr. Biswas and his team. Very thorough and kept me well informed during my entire repair and recovery from tendon and nerve damage repair in my hand. Used new innovative procedures and protocols for surgery and rehab to allow for the quickest recovery ( Saint Johns protocol). Very receptive of all my concerns and was available for any questions whenever I needed. Would be the first recommendation in the Mchenry/Kane county area for any injury.

staff would not help to obtain required medical clearance for surgery. rude and unprofessional. kept pushing opioids , refused to prescribe anything milder. wasted valuable time. went to a better doctor

This review will not do justice to what a great compassionate surgeon Dr. Biswas is. Two years ago I suffered a major injury to my arm. (Shattered elbow and two broken bones) I could see Dr. Biswas was an empathetic surgeon right from the beginning. A seven hour surgery (titanium placements) and a year of recovery and my arm is at about 95% of what it was prior. I will forever be grateful to him for this. Dr. Biswas never gave up on me during my long recovery.

I want to thank Dr Biswas for guiding me in a right path when I broke my wrist in November.He waited a week to see if there is a scope to heal naturally.But when it did not he told us that I needed a surgery.I went through the surgery the next day it self.After surgery also he guided me in a right direction to physiotherapy just after 2 weeks.I almost got my hand movements completely back by 6 weeks.I just completed 12th week appointment.I am extremely happy that I went to Dr Biswas.

When my son was airlifted to Good Samaritan, we were afraid for him. His arm had been crushed under a 2 ton truck for some time. Dr Biswas saw him the following day and diagnosed compartment syndrome in his hand. He cancelled his clinic and performed emergency surgery on my sons arm. Only a skilled surgeon like Dr Biswas could have done this job. Dr Biswas went above and beyond to save my sons arm. I have the utmost respect for him and would recommend him to anyone.

Working with Dr. Biswas was excellent. He is knowledgeable, friendly and empathetic. He repaired my daughter's finger joint and she was playing basketball again to enjoy the second half of her season.

Dr Biswas is simply fabulous!! He brought my broken arm and hand right back to its original form!!

Dr. Biswas did a excellent job on a ruptured tricep tendon that I had, it was a difficult surgery. He and his team were with me every step of the way.

I cannot say enough about my medical experiences with Dr. Biswas. He is the best of the best when it comes to patient care and performing surgeries. I have had thumb reconstructive surgeries on both my right and left hand and a trigger release surgery on the ring finger of my right hand. I have complete use of both thumbs and hands without any arthritic pain. Dr. Biswas called me the day after both my thumb reconstructive surgeries to see how I was doing. He is EXCELLENT! Highly recommended.

Dr. Biswas is a thoroughly excellent physician. His clear explanation of treatment options for me and what I needed in care was concise and very helpful. My recovery from surgery could not be better and his advice provided the best possible outcome of my injury.

My wrist was broke really bad and thank you to Dr. Biswas and his superior knowledge and skill I am 100 % ! He was very straight forward on how bad the break was and explained exactly what surgery he would perform. I would recommend Dr. Biswas to anyone. Our son broke his arm and wasn’t healing properly even after a failed procedure from a different physician.Dr. Biswas immediately identified a nerve issue/bone structure that the other physician missed & made the call to have surgery the next day.He thoroughly communicated with us on his decision before and during the surgery, which put our mind at ease.I’m happy to say four months later our son is back playing sports with 100% motion and feeling in his hand that we owe to Dr. Biswas expertise!

Make sure you double check the location of your appointment. He will make you reschedule even if his support staff gives you the wrong address to the office. By the time we would have arrived at the correct office we would have only been 12 minutes late. Biswas didn’t care that I took vacation time and drove over an hour to make the appointment. He is a total waste of your time. There are a lot of other great doctors out there that care much more about their patients.
