I was in for my physical and blood reports. He explained results page by page. When I had questions as to a report he explained. When I made a comment he listened. For example we went over blood work in detail. He offers suggestions, he listens as you speak of family problems. I feel he would just like to know what’s going on in your life should you be elated (new child coming) or family member ill. Just where you are in your life. I’ve known him for a long time. My views of him have never changed. He truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Smith operates with the upmost intelligence, professionalism and bed side manor. He is by far the best physician my family has experienced in the entire Grand Strand area. He has diagnosed and resolved both minor and major medical issues for our family, one in particular making the difference between life or death. For over a decade and counting we have been both pleased and proud to call him our family physician!

We have been patients of Dr Smith for years, not only is he professional and knowledgeable but he is also kind and caring. Dr. Smith listens carefully, looks at all available test results, refers to previous results for baselines, conducts a thorough examination and then makes recommendations and/or diagnoses as appropriate. I never feel rushed. In my case he has identified problems missed by previous doctors including specialists. As a result I am now feeling better than I have in the past ten years!

Dr. Smith saved my life on at least 2 occasions; he has referred me to the best specialists in our area.
