Cold, Arrogent and awful
I had Dr. Dean Le because my favorite neurologist left the state. I had a bad experience. Dr. Dean Le is in my opinion a cold and arrogant excuse for a doctor. I had a seizure and his follow up care was terrible. When I informed his office I was going to change doctors his reaction was to NOT provide my new Neurologist with my records other than his “notes”. Pathetic excuse for a medical professional. STAY AWAY!

Rude and selfish
H e doesn't care about his patient he only cares about his own medical status. He is very self centered person and doesn't show compassion to his patients. It's all about what he says is right. When I told him I was going to request for a second opinion he clapped his hands and say oh good! That was very professional. Find another Neurologist..

Avoid like the plague
I've been a patient of Dr Le's for over four years. I work for a Fortune 100 firm with good Anthem BC insurance. His office called me in December to set up a February yearly 15min appointment via FaceTime. His office even contacted me as a reminder days before. At the scheduled time no call came so I called his office. He had cancelled my appointment without telling me. His scheduler Erica informed me Dr Le would not take my insurance but I was welcome to be a cash customer at $150 for a FaceTime appointment. What sort of Dr of any kind does this let alone a neurologist who has a 10min call to simply ask you if you you've had your first seizure in many years (no) before replenishing your prescription. BTW Anthem still shows him taking our policy. I called Dr Le’s front office again and she had an incorrect policy # for me. But no matter…I again called Dr Let’s schedule Erica and she again said I had to be a cash only client. What a waste of time for a very average neurologist.

I’m 36 years old, zero underlying conditions and zero epilepsy which runs in my family. I exercise every day. Last October I fainted randomly, but because I lost consciousness for over 1 minute and had incontinence—and those around me were shocked and thought I had died, I was afraid and thought it would be wise to see a doctor. This was the first time anything like this had ever happened to me before. My GP recommended a full workup and referred me to this office. Note: I had been under extreme amounts of stress, hadn’t eaten dinner, didn’t have much water, and had little sleep the night before my “episode.” I mentioned this all to Dr. Le over the phone, but he said, “people are stressed all the time, but you don’t see people fainting all the time—this wasn’t because of stress.” Dr. Le scheduled me for an EEG. I did not know what an EEG was because I had never had one and it wasn’t explained to me by Dr. Le’s office person “Megan.” I drove myself to my EEG, because no one told

After waiting an hour to be seen... Dr. Le gave me 2 injections to hellp cease a migraine of 3 weeks. This was Friday, Sept. 25, 2020. I left the office & had about a 10 hr relief. Was given some steroid med (in hopes of helping suspected inflamation), that may be causing my headache, severe balance issues, blurred vision, etc. I woke Saturday to all symptons returning. Monday, when the office opened, I called & left message with his office regarding my status. NO call back. Tuesday am I called AGAIN! NO return call. Sadly, I am left to pursue the help I thought I would get from Dr. Le’s office, elsewhere! Unbelievable. If this is how they treat new or established paitents, I CANNOT recommend Dr. Le or his staff as an office who cares. Just another number. Next! Beverly Peever

Dr. Le is very understanding physician. He took the time to listen to my issue and personally gave me several memory test. He ordered further exams and when HE received the results of the exams, HE called me to discuss them. This is the kind of physician everyone wants and needs. Thank you, Dr. Le, for you interest in my problem and for the time you took to care for me.

Did not feel he gave much thought to my overall condition - had a head injury from impact and he only focused on MRI results. I reported strong vertigo before leaving the hospital, which he said should clear up in a couple weeks. Vertigo persisted and with a little research on my own, identified BPPV as the likely issue. On a follow up appointment, he did not suggest this until I brought it up. Then he just sent me a link to a YouTube video, which begins with a big disclaimer that the video was not meant for medical advice. Further, the procedure in the video was literally "not recommended" by the physical therapist I saw. After a couple PT treatments all was well, but I suffered from vertigo for 2+ weeks unnecessarily.

Dr Le was very compassionate, concise and understanding of my need. He was very thorough in his pre and post diagnosis and explained my report in layman's language which helped me understand. The news was good! We had a "face time" follow up appointment due to the covid-19 virus which was very satisfactory. I would say Dr Le's education and skill set are exemplary. I would not hesitate to refer Dr Le

Dr. Le is willing to help with mild cluster headaches (often diagnosed as bipolar 2). I find his approach successful and more appropriate for my preexisting conditions of breast cancer and a whiplash/medical battery.

I have been seeing Dr. Le over a year for both Trigeminal Neuralgia and an aneursym. He is a patient and dedicated medical professional who takes his patients' needs seriously. He was able to quickly diagnose my Trigeminal Neuralgia and put me on medication that has been very successful in treating my condition. I had an MRI and he found two aneurysms. This doctor has saved my life. I have never had an issue scheduling an appointment with him.

I have been seeing Dr. Dean Le for over 4 years, originally for migraines but more recently for my cervical spine/herniated disks issues. He takes the time to listen and offer reasonable solutions and referrals. I trust Dr. Le very much and have gotten excellent results from migraine meds to an excellent pain specialist referral.
