Contracted strep, office did nothing
Extremely rude after waiting on hold for 15 minutes. Basically said they couldn't and wouldn't help, even knowing I am disabled and have transportation issues. Absolute garbage.

Dr Dean Bailey
Answered all questions and always easy to understand. Was taken right away as I had pain in neck and shoulder. Quickly ordered X-ray and gave script for pain. Also gave flu shot.

Dr. Bailey is a great family doctor!
It is quite obvious to me that Dr. Bailey loves what he does. I have been a patient for just a few years now & I believe he truly has a heart for family medicine. He is good natured & respectful & really listens. I have found the office/nursing staff to be efficient & quite friendly.

Excellent
When I moved here from Houston, Texas last year I was so afraid that I would not find a primary Doctor as wonderful as my Doctor in Houston that I had been with for over 30yrs. I selected Dr. Bailey from a list of Family Dr's. All I can say is he did not disappoint. I have seen him 4 times now and he is great. One thing that I was hoping for was a doctor that would not rush me in and out and explain everything to me and would listen to what I had to share, thanks for all of that Dr. Bailey. I find him to be very through, professional, patience, kind and someone who generally appears to care for his patients. I also have found this nurses to be very kind also. Thanks so much!

Staff was polite and efficient. Dr. Bailey communicated well and thoroughly, explained issues. He listens, he's well educated, professional demeanor and concerned about his patients. Lucky to find him when I moved to the area.
