I met with Dr. Thornton for a routine physical, and asked that she fax the form my employer gave me to the insurance company. When I came in for a follow up appointment and asked if she had faxed the form, she became angry with me and yelled that I should have called to remind her. I said that it was her responsibility and not mine. She proceeded to tell me she had a huge stack of forms and that it is too much work so she does not send them until someone calls in. I would avoid this doctor.

Gateway Medical was recommended to my by a long-time RN in the Chester County Hospital Emergency Department. Dr. Thornton is the first physician I've seen in a long time who I truly like and trust. She spends the appropriate time with me, and asks probing questions. I am glad to have found her.
