Dr Tartaglione
My experience with Dr Tartaglione was better than expected. Her office staff was professional and friendly. When Dr. Tartaglione walked into the room I was immediately relaxed. She was friendly and out going definitely a people person. She explained my MRI and gave me some very interesting medical advice concerning some of my current med. Although no intervention is needed at this time, she left the door open for follow up if needed. I am happy with Bayhealth and Dr. Tartaglione and would recommend this practice.

Outstanding Doctor
Dr. Tartaglione is a compassionate doctor that listens and cares for her patients. On my initial visit prior to surgery, she spent my visit explaining in detail my MRI and why I was having the pain I was experiencing. She explained completely the surgery she would perform and what she expected the outcome to be. Excellent results. Woke up pain free! I would highly recommend this doctor and her staff. I did not experience one negative thing at this facility. We need more doctors like her.

When I first went to Bayhealth Neurosurgery, I saw there were multiple doctors that I would've been referred to. I was lucky enough to get not only the best treatment, but a cool doctor. In the beginning of my treatment, I was run in circles by my insurance company until I had to have an emergency MRI. When I finally was able to see the correct doctor (Dr.T) I was hardly able to walk on my own. So, limping in with a cane we started the process for setting a surgery date. I had abnormal blood work the first time around, so it had to be pushed out. Once resolved I was fast tracked into my surgery, done only by the amazing staff working alongside Dr.T shoutout to Michelle! Shay! Stacey! Dr. Volha! and Tim! You're all amazing and took wonderful care of me! On my surgery day I limped in with a cane, and virtually walked out without it. Minimal invasiveness and it's like she went in and flipped a switch. I'm down to almost no pain and its only 3 weeks out. Thank you Dr.T YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!

This doctor is confused and cannot recall what she discussed with you the last time. She talked to me about surgery on my back when I spoke with her last time I spoke with her and this last time I saw her, in the hallway, she noted in her notes that I wanted to talk to her about surgery to my leg. Then in her notes she wrote I was the one confused.

Saw Dr Tartaglione in 2021. At that time she suggested that she wanted to operate on my back. Scheduled an appointment to discuss it further in 2022. Was never able to see her. I was able to see her in the office on my way out and she said she never said anything about it. I read her notes and she implied I wanted surgery on my leg. I never talked to her about that. She wrote notes in my chart that I was confused. She lied about what I said. This doctor practices hallway diagnosis and is seriously confused. Please make sure you get a second opinion.

Dr. Tartaglione performed surgery on my back in 2014 and again 2916, two different issues and she was amazing both times. It saddens me to know that she is no longer practicing in Oklahoma

She did surgery on me back in 2012 after I herniated a disk in the C-3 section. At the time I went in, I literally didn't have the strength to open a straw wrapper or even button my pants. After she did surgery on me I could do so much better. That was the second surgery I had to have on my neck and both ended up with spinal cord injuries and here I am able to type, walk and do normal stuff, all thanks to Dr. Tartaglione. I highly recommend her for anyone who needs neurosurgery.

Dr. Tartaglione gave great encouragement when I was feeling exceptionally down about the condition that I have. With the DBS (Deep Brain Stimulation) surgery that I had in Oct. 2015 I can now do things that I had a difficult time doing before. Basically, her and her staff, gave me a new lease (outlook) on life being a sufferer of early onset Parkinson's Disease. Plus, she has a great attitude and she is very beautiful.

I had been having severe lumbar radiculopathy for over a year, but it has been severe for 6 months. I am an athlete and ran many long distance Spartan Races last year, but have been training nonstop for 32 years. For the last 6 months I have been unable to walk normally and have had a limp and been unable to train. 24 hours after surgery I am walking normally. Dr Tartaglione coompletely cured my in a 45 minute surgery. She is a remarkable surgeon, clinician, teacher, physician and friend.

I sustained a spinal injury resulting in central cord syndrome. During my lengthy stay in the hospital she was with me all the way. She was both brutally honest and very reassuring. I had many questions which she answered at length and she listened to my suggestions regarding medication alternatives. It's been five years now and I have zero neck pain and I'm not on any medication.
