She in no way took my concerns serious or listened to why I was there to get checked out. I left in the same pain that I went in for and then was charged for services she did not do. I went to another physician the next day and was able to get treatment. Several hours of pain because Dr. Hawkins wouldn't help.

Rude and Uncaring
Wouldn’t recommend this doctor for even basic treatment. Terrible beside manner, treating patients with an air of arrogance I’ve never seen before in a physician.

Was in the ER on 1/2/18. Dr. Hawkins was the treating physician that night. She was very knowledgeable and had great bed side matter. I would trust her with my life any day. She is a great asset for Mercy. Thanks for all you medical help that night. God Bless Richard.

Only took a few minutes to look at me. The nurses did the rest never seen her again.
