Dr. Dawn Goulding, MD

Dr. Goulding has zero bedside manners and is incredible at making you feel like a disgusting inconverience in her day. She was unable to follow guidelines in treating me. She couldn't recall basic details of my medical information, indicating that she had not read my chart before seeing me. I need trauma informed care due to my medical trauma history. She acted like I was dumb for even bringing it up. Do not see Dr. Goulding if you want a doctor who is invested in their patients.

Dr. Goulding was not my primary OB. However, I had an appointment with her twice during my pregnancy and each time it went awful. I got I'm my car and started bawling my eyes out, because during one of my visits she had said something that left me feeling unhealthy and fat. I had a weight gain of a couple pounds over normal within a few weeks. Now, I understand monitoring weight is essential during pregnancy, but my weight wasn't even close to the maximum amount of weight I should gain for my pregnancy overall, and she went as far to ask specifically "How much McDonald's do you eat in a week?" I was mortified. I was healthy, within normal weight limits for my starting weight and I was a young woman, carrying my first child, already having a hard time coping with the body changes pregnancy brings and she only made me feel worse. She also talked very fast and seemed like she was in a rush. I would not reccomend her to my friends and family. Good intentions, but poor execution.
