I have seen Dr Courtenay for many years now. I feel so bonded to her that I now drive 20 minutes away to see her after she changed locations from Sellersburg IN to Louisville KY. I would drive 2 hours to make sure I still get to see her.

I found Doctor Courtenay when I was actually trying to book with another doctor. However, I'm so glad I couldn't get in with the other doctor. Dr. Courtenay was thorough, she listened intently, gave me feedback on my concerns, and I didn't feel rushed so she could meet required patient numbers.

The staff wouldn't let me see the doctor even though I was on time for my appointment because I didn't get there early enough to fill out paperwork. They refused to see me even though I had an untreated dog bite on my dominate hand. The reminder call is automated and doesn't indicate that you should be there exactly 30 minutes early.
