My experience with Dr. Baker has been poor. She was unable to complete a brief procedure on the day ordered requiring a need for hospital admission. Her staff were uninformed about important details of the case when they should have taken time to investigate the situation. When you are going through a medical event, it is important not to evoke greater fear and frustration in your patients. It would not have taken much time for Dr. Baker to turn this experience from an awful one to a great one.
