Excellent surgeon
Dr. Zelouf is an extraordinarily good doctor, and explains each diagnosis and his recommended treatment clearly. My injury healed quickly. He always makes me smile!

cannot recommend
I waited an hour and 20 minutes at 10:30 AM and that was just to see the first Dr before Dr Zelouf came in. Completely inexcusable and Dr offered zero apology. His manner was gruff, rushed and seemingly annoyed. I’m sure he is a fine surgeon, but this was not a positive experience. Perhaps if I wasn't asked me 3 times about my medications, history, etc - all things I dutifully filled out on line in advance, they could be more efficient and not make people wait so long. This is your classic arrogant practice that overbooks with no regard for the patient. I am not in the habit of writing reviews like this for a Dr, or anything for that matter. I understand the challenges he and his office have. All they needed to do was say how sorry they were for the inconvenience and this review would not need to be written.

Caring and Thorough.
Very knowledgeable, caring, thorough and personable. Evaluated wound to hand, identified current issues, provided a clear treatment plan. Was reassured my visit was timely, versus the deterioration of my condition and potential negative outcomes from waiting.

Long wait for nothing
The facility was nice. The front desk people were nice. The wait was incredibly long (an hour past my appointment time because they were way overbooked) and when the doctor finally saw me at 1.5 hours into my time there, it was for approximately 2 minutes. He told me I was young enough and healthy enough that physical therapy should resolve my issue, as my X-rays looked fine. So I am still in pain and I am out the time and money for an appointment that resolved nothing. I will find another doctor.

Rude, Short & Hasty!
I was referred for swelling and pain in right hand. After he examined the area which is visibly swollen ,and reading my MRI report, he said that the report is wrong, therefore the referring Dr. Was wrong. He was so dismissive about my pain and swelling and I felt my injury was insignificant to him ( I don’t have anything torn or broken)through the whole appointment. He spoke fast, examined fast with no concern or compassion. Once I left, my injury felt worse than it did when I arrived. It seems that he has mostly great reviews, It’s unfortunate that I didn’t experience ANY greatness. To add, he left myself AND my employer confused about the next steps for either of us to take. I’ve never experienced such demeaning behavior from a Dr. before.

Dr Zelouf is not only a healer, but also an artist. He operated on my hand and had to make four separate incisions. They have healed so well in less than five weeks you can hardly see the scar. I highly recommend him.
