Dr White has improved my health greatly. I feel good at age 74. He is able to connect with me on lots of levels. My wife loves him as well. We are so thankful that we have him as our doctor.

Dr. White is very thorough and agressive with his treatment... A few years ago his office staff had some issues but that has since been resolved... If I need to be seen they do their best to work me in... Every specialist that he has referred me to I have liked as well... Everyone that I have referred to him is just as pleased with him as I am.. If your looking for a good, no nonsense physician, go to Dr. White...

Dr White is patient and will listen to his patients. One caveat: the staff is not the best at returning calls. But his service is second to none. I don't see too many children in the office.

I tried to make an appointment with Dr. White and apparently, as a new patient, their office manager requires a credit card number to reserve your appointment, like a hotel reservation! I was appalled that the first two questions asked were about my insurance, which I have UHC, and my credit card number. Who would give a complete stranger your credit card number over the phone prior to making a dr appointment? That doesn't sound ethical or legal to me. No thanks!

Saw him for over 2 years ... staff is terrible, business practice terrible. Had some serious issues that needed a doctors attention and couldn't get an appointment and was then chastised by White for being demanding when I finally did see him. The staff simply won't follow up with you. Every time I've had routine testings (2 annual visits), I've had to call to get results ... "We'll call you." is their response, but don't expect it.

Dr. White is a wonderful doctor. However the office staff is horrendous!!!!!!! I called to let them know that I had switched to mail order prescriptions, the girl did not ask for my name but said I will let them know... REALLY!!! What will you let them know... I had to stop her before she hung up and tell her my name. My mother also waited 3 months to hear back about a appointment with a specialist. Very disappointed. GET NEW STAFF!!!!

Seemed good on initial visit. Staff was to order follow up, it never happened. Became ill, tried to see him, staff told me they were booked. Went to immediate care center. Was not getting better, called Dr. White and again was told he was booked for next two weeks. Scheduled appt and waited to discuss not being able to get in (whole purpose of establishing a new doc!) Did not see Dr. White, some other person, who apologized for test never being ordered. Finally, test ordered was wrong test
