He is a very caring Dr. He gave my wife back her vision. He also took me in an emergency. In short, my wife and I believe that he is the Dr. you are looking for, especially if it is for the retina. He will take time to discuss the situation with you. Larry & Norma Merle ,

Dr. Warrow represents his profession with the utmost precision and intelligence. He knows exactly what he's doing! I've been a patient of his for over a year now and I refuse to see anybody else. His skill shows with every examination. He answers any questions I may have. But people need to realize he needs to be quick and precise because there are SO many patients that come to see him. They come to see the BEST. I've even been told by other patients that they've traveled as much as 3 hours just to see Dr. Warrow. With the gift he's been given, people are able to continue having the gift of sight.

Truely a gem in the tri-state area. A gifted surgeon and doctor. Thanks for quickly saving my sight and willingness to work with my other eye Dr.'s. I will be forever grateful !

Dr.Warrow and his staff are very professional and easy to talk with. He explains what and why certain testing is being performed.

Attempted to have my husband sign papers quickly without reading them first. The doctor did not share the potential side affects as listed on the document to be sign which gave consent for the doctor to do surgery, and not be liable if anything goes wrong, so we are glad we paused to read the pertinent info not vocally covered. Warrow became impatient several times with my hearing impaired husband to which we foretold him ahead of time to speak loudly when giving instructions as to what direction to look at during the process. Unprofessional. Rushed. Disrespected.

From Dr. Warrow to the receptionist the Germantown location is beyond professional and well organized! Highly recommend this practice and I am most grateful for his expertise.

Waited over 1 1/2 hours past my appointment time. Finally had to reschedule.

Dr Warrow is a competent doctor. However, he gives the impression that he is constantly multitasking and is in a rush for the next thing. I trusted his expertise in operating on my eye, but he is not the type to spend a lot of time to explain everything to you.

First time visit with Dr Warrow following a routine eye exam for glasses. My optometrist found a concerning shadow on my retina and referred me to Dr Warrow for a specialists. The check in staff was friendly and professional as they guided me through a series of other checks and tests before I was seen by the Dr. When the Dr did his exam he didn’t explain what he was doing and actually chastised me in front of his assistant when I wasn’t still due to the pain of him squeezing my eyeball.

One heck of a great eye surgeon! Very professional, very caring, very knowledgeable in his field of retinal surgery. Glad that my vitrectomy was handled by David. Dr. Warrow is a huge asset to CVRC I'm sure the team is aware of this. They will work very hard to keep Dr. Warrow on staff. Thank you for my sight sir!
