Bizarre doc. Not particularly good. Beware.
Telehealth
Really bizarre individual. Sends me an email on Wednesday am saying that he wants to speak on Thursday afternoon and if we can’t connect, talk to his nurse to set up a time. Replied that is fine to talk after 4 PM. He reads the email at 12:45. Does not reply. Called his office in the afternoon and and put on hold for 17 minutes before I hang up. Still no reply from him as to what time he wants to talk. Called the office the next morning to find out what time and speak to the nurse about the sequence of events, which is what he requested… No response. Finally, he calls at 3 PM on Thursday and says he will no longer speak or be our doctor because I yelled at his staff, which is absolutely patently untrue. When I spoke to his office, I just explained the sequence of events with him sending an email, not responding, and then calling the office twice more still without any response from him. He said he was too busy to respond. He never reviewed the tape of the calls. Just did what he asked.

Recent TKR left knee… very professional, staff very friendly and Dr assistant very friendly and informative plus listened to what I had to say! So far so good but improving weekly! Would definitely refer Dr Thut! I’m fussy!

Dr. Thur replaced left knee 5/17/17, @ WDH.JOINT replacement team was excellent. And Marsh brook Rehab,Outstanding,again !

Dr. Thut was excellent during my visit. I went to my appointment with approximately 4 pages of questions. Dr. Thut answered more than 3/4 of them before I asked them. Very thorough! He also answered my remaining questions. I never felt rushed and he was easy to talk to. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I have seen several doctors at seacoast orthopedics but never have I had a doctor spend so much time explaining and showing me my related problems. This was so refreshing and I understood my issues as well as what will be my course for the future. Thank you Dr Thut for making this so informative and comfortable for me.
