Impossible to reach the doctor
In preparation for my regular colonoscopy - every 10 years. I had a question for the doctor. I called the patient advisor 3 times; each time I was told I needed to talk with the doctor. Sent 3 messages thru the portal to Dr. Thomas; he never responded. Previously his staff had caring attitude and demeanor, but that has changed tremendously. Finally 2 days before the procedure I called AGAIN and spoke with a VERY KIND woman who took about 2 minutes to answer my question so that I felt I could make an informed decision about the procedure. Think long and hard before proceeding with this health care provider. If it is acceptable to you to be ignored and left with no recourse; give it a try. I doubt I will again.

Dr Thomas helped save my life when I had internal bleeding. He put three clips on an ulcer and I will continue to see him. I am forever grateful!
