Office Visits
The Doctor himself is great as is the staff but that is when you can get in to see them. Have made or tried to make appointments with the office multiple times for my child. I always get told it will be months or more to get them in and if the problem continues take them to urgent care or the ED. When I finally do get an appointment scheduled within a decent time frame (Using the Telehealth scheduling, I get calls telling me multiple different reasons as to why the appointment can't or should not happen. This has happened on multiple occasions.

Dr. Steves, is kind and considerate of my health issues. I highly recommend him for your primary care physician. He has always done me right,. You may wait a little longer for your apt, but it is because he listens and tells you what is wrong. Very kind person.

Not happy with him. He miss diagnosed my wife. Called for my metformin prescription yesterday because I am out and none has been sent to Walmart, I do have an appointment made. One question he has asked was how many packs of cigarettes did you smoke, I have quite smoking 20 years ago, so why the question?
