Treated my son with Fentanyl 100 - no other options, then reduced the dose to 75 then forgot to call in the prescription, then again Fentanyl 100 and when we changed physicians - he left him high and dry without a bridge prescription leaving him to suffer withdrawal symptoms, etc., failed to write to the proposed pain management clinics we suggested to get Josh admitted (he has a fractured thoracic spine, bulging cervical vertebral bodies, etc.) - this doctor must be stopped!

I have been a patient since the 70's. In 2004, Dr. Slawek detected a lump in my left breast. Which my ob/gyn doctor told me was not there twice. Long story short, after surgery, chemo and radiation, I am a breast cancer survivor of 15 years. Thankful he was my doctor then and has remained my doctor since. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Slawek is the finest Doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. He spends time with his patients, explains everything thoroughly, is compassionate and caring. Unfortunately, I moved to Wa. state so have to see an Internist who is controlled by the local Peacehealth HMO. I miss Dr. Slawek!

He is EXCELLENT. Listens to what I have to say, treats me with respect, takes a collaborative approach whenever he can. One of the best diagnosticians I have ever seen. I have recommended him to friends and will continue to do so.

I would recommend Dr Slawek because I don't like going to doctors and found him to be very patient and courteous and most of all knowledgeable.

I want to make this clear I never do reviews but I need to do something to show my appreciation for the doctor and the whole staff and his office . I have been putting off going to the doctor for over 3 years so I was very nervous. I am glad I went because I was on a road to a early death . Thanks doctor for helping me and I am honor for you to be my family's doctor .
