Wonderful Doctor
I was called back by the breast center for a biopsy after a suspicious ultrasound.I've never had a call back and have never even had many medical procedures in my life, so I was very scared when I arrived for my appointment.Dr Segel was the radiologist that took my biopsy and he was incredible. What I thought was spectacular was how he listened to my concern with an additional, new lump that was not identified on the original ultrasound. Dr. Segel stepped out into the hall to speak with the nurse, and within minutes had agreed to biopsy the new spot as well. The procedure was as painless as it could have possibly been, and they talked me through everything. Dr. Segel even put a rush on the order because of how concerned I was with the results, so hopefully I hear back tomorrow. Thank you so much!

Never again
Left in pain after surgery - Ascension called in aftercare prescriptions to wrong pharmacy which denied, then I had to call the next day, and they gave my pharmacy an INVALID DEA NUMBER?!? Do these docs even have valid licenses? POOR

My best surgical experience
I have seen Dr. Siegel over the years for two separate concerns. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. I had a bad surgical experience with another doctor/facility in the past and have anxiety with medical procedures now but I feel very confident and comfortable with Dr. Siegel. He got me in right away and scheduled my first surgery in under a week. His surgical staff are also friendly and very professional.

Scheduling handler
Horrible attitude out of scheduler for Dr. Siegel. Unfortunately I have had to change my very first colonoscopy appointment (3x) with weeks in advance notice to the clinic due, to having an adult sit and wait and give me a ride and you can’t Uber. I live alone and depend on neighbors (whom) have very strict schedules if ever something like this arises bc I have my own vehicle and if I could drive myself I would’ve never had to change the first one: so frustrating and with that being said I will look for a new doctor out all this Sorry Doc it’s been a pleasure

Dr. Siegel took very good care of my Mother who had extensive surgery performed for removal of a tumor. He is very thorough and trustworthy. He explained the procedure and took very special care of my Mom. He will sit down with you and answer all your questions and is not in a hurry. He has a wonderful bedside manner and we are very thankful for the wonderful care she received. I would highly recommend him. I am also a nurse, so I have dealt with many surgeons and he was amazing!

If I had the opportunity to give ZERO stars, I would. This mas was prepared to give me a double mastectomy WITHOUT me EVER having a consultation with a reconstructive surgeon. WHAT A THOUGHTLESS, SELF SERVING HACK! I wouldn't give to Oakland General Hospital unless I planned to die. This.ma. talked about himself, his running michigan state than my condition. He doesnt give a damn about yours either. Guaranteed.

Every time I visited Dr. Siegel I felt I was the center of his classroom. I think he should ask a patient if they would like to participate in his classroom visits.

I have had trouble with my gallbladder for over 6 years. I've been through so many tests and have seen so many specialists. When I seen him his office visit was quick and detailed. He also sent me for a test that I have never had recommended for me. He found out the issue is indeed my gall bladder after being told it wasn't many times. I am so thankful for him and I highly recommend him!!!
