I will be changing doctors and will not see him again. In general, I did not feel he is trustworthy or cared about me as a patient. Rather, I think he only cares about profits and making money. I also felt like he didn't listen and when questions, he just went through the motions to try to "save face". I wish I would've read reviews prior to making an appointment with him.

Dr. Shin is very attentive and compassionate. He shows he cares about his patients by explaining the process and treatments in a simple manner and with compassion. His staff is also very helpful, courteous and friendly.
