I was running late due to rain and slow traffic, I call and was told if I can get to the office with in 30 minutes of my appointment I would get in, I got there in 20 minutes and didn't even have time to set down before they called me back. Had X-rays and talked to Dr. Sheu and was out in under an hour ( closer to 40 minutes)

We love Dr Shau. Very friendly, warm, kind, humble and knowledgeable. Straight forward with how things are likely to unfold, but gentle enough he doesn't seem arrogant or dismissive. Wonderful surgeon and team.
