Dr. Schwimmer is an amazing doctor with excellent credentials, his staff is professional and he always exhibits a calm manner. He called multiple times to check in on my well being after the procedure and thoroughly explain my results so that I felt comfortable and cared for. I would high recommend Dr. Schwimmer for anyone in the South Florida area.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Scwhimmer. He listened to my concerns thoroughly and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to feel heard and comfortable. He and the nurses/ coordinating staff all had a very friendly and calming energy which made me feel like I was in the right place to receive the best care. Dr. Schwimmer displayed exceptional knowledge and made me feel very comfortable with our treatment plan. I highly recommend seeing him if you're looking for a specialist!

Dr. Schwimmer is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. He is very thorough and takes his time to explains things and address concerns. His staff is incredibly kind. Little to no wait time every time I’m there. Office always clean and well sanitized. Also one of the few doctors with competent staff able to properly handle inquiries over the phone. 5 stars.

He was dismissive, undermining, unprofessional, egotistical and belittling. My chief complaint was ignored and he focused on miniscule details that I could look up on my phone. The staff is also very unprofessional with setting up appointments, obtaining basic vitals and Jessica, the manager, does not care about patient advocacy. I highly recommend people to go elsewhere.

Dr. Schwimmer has been my care provider for IBD for a few years. For any patient with IBD you know how difficult it can be to find a doctor who understands the disease. Dr. Schwimmer knows our struggles. He is thorough with examinations and testing. He asks a lot of questions about how I'm feeling and what can be improved. He answers my questions about my condition, procedures, medications, and testing. More than anything, he cares. He wants his patents to have a great quality of life. I consider myself lucky to have him as my doctor!

This doctor (and his office) will make mistakes, not own it and expect you to come in again so it can be rectified for another office visit fee. The communication between the surgery center and his office is not existent and they each point fingers at the other for the error leaving patients to figure it out. Once we were able to figure out the mistake the doctor coded wrong, they said too much time had elapsed and we would need to go in again for another office visit for him to fix this. Yet, it was multiple calls that got unreturned by his office and finger pointing at the surgery as we kept persisting but now it’s too late because no one there could do their jobs in a timely manner. Own your mistakes and make it right.

I had ongoing condition that was being ignored by another GI dr ..I was frustrated and in pain, so I changed physicians. Dr Schwimmer immediately addressed my situation, offered temporary relief until much needed surgery could be performed! He is was excellent. I highly recommend.
