Am 63, 5 7, 135 lbs, very healthy, in shape, was tackled from the back by 6 ft man at an ALF, MRI, torn rotator cuff, damage discs, Dr. Shulak blamed my injuries mainly on arthritis, sent me to PT, tiny improvement, said that's it live with it....nothing else can be done for you....

Dr. Schulak is a compassionate and caring physician. Brilliant in his field but humble. I highly recommend Dr. Schulak for all Orthopedic needs. From the moment I walked into his office all staff members were very friendly and willing to assist.
