Dr. Schmittou is one of the most compasionate and open minded doctors I have come across. He has fantastic bedside manner and has been instrumental in managing my mothers care. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Shows up late. DOESN'T LISTEN
30 minutes late for the first appointment of the day. Issues were ignored and left with a script I won't fill because I told him 4 times the medicine doesn't work for me. Just bad doctoring

Dr. Schmittou is a great doctor!
I recently transferred to Dr. Schmittou after being with my PCP for over 15 years. My first visit was a breathe of fresh air after stressing about changing doctors for a couple years. It was really comforting to have a doctor who actually listened to me, took my feelings about my care into consideration and understood some of my underlying conditions. He had taken the time to read my medical history before seeing me, which was really helpful during our visit. He made me feel that he will do his best to treat me and seemed genuinely concerned and knowledgeable. I look forward to building a great doctor/patient relationship.
