He helped me a lot overcoming my depression. He spends an adequate amount of time with me and asked targeted questions that enabled me to at least try to figure out a diagnosis and treatment plan. I really admire his dedication to help. Staff were also very nice and professional. I also noticed that their clinic is very clean and smells good . For me, that's a plus.

Dr. David Michael Scarpino may be a good psychiatrist (unknown because we never received a report) he should not treat a patient that has secondary (to Medicare) insurance that he does not accept as payment (Anthem Blue Cross). There is a reason my elderly aunt is on Medicare...her age and low income! She cannot afford to pay medical bills and therefore, has secondary medical insurance! She is on a fixed income.
