Charges money for records, held up our records request while our kids were waiting on treatment, Dr. Sansoterra is terrible. He lectures parents on discipline and food without even asking about it. Tried to blame my daughter's back pain on "constipation", refused to send her for X-Rays. Went to another provider and found a fracture in her vertibrae. Stay away.

My kids (as well as my husband and I) absolutely LOVE Dr. S!!!! He has a great bedside manner, always making them feel at ease. I feel his diagnosis is accurate. We never have to wait too long. He takes all the time we need when we are in the room. The nurses are friendly. He goes above and beyond. The toys in the waiting room could be updated (but that's not a biggie).

Went on vacation without calling in my daughters prescription, so my daughter had to quit a med cold turkey that you shouldn't do that with. Was very rude and confrontational when confronted with the matter
