Dr Ross is great however getting to him is always a headache. Appts are booked months in advance and the staff is not the friendliest. Today they refused to schedule my son because they didn't think my insurance would cover it when I know they will. I have to supplement with another doctors office because of the limited availability here but they were adamant my insurance would not cover it because he had been seen within the last year despite him being due for shots. Sadly I have moved on.

We have been very pleased with Dr. Ross and the office staff. We have two toddlers that both see him. He has been patient, caring, and helpful at ever visit. The other practitioners are also kind and helpful. For example, our son was sick and Dr Ross was booked, so we were seen by a Physician Assistant. She was great. As a side note, I appreciate that they have separate waiting rooms for "sick" and "well" children. All in all, a nice practice and a good doctor. Highly reccommend.

Dr Ross in really nice. However to get to see him (or anyone) for a sick child visit is impossible. The office tells you that the child cant been seen until 5 months down the road, well that is not an acceptable answer with a sick child! Changing doctors because this has happened about 5 times already!!
