The care I received from Dr. Ritzow was exceptional. He listened to all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable about making a decision for my treatment. You can expect excellent service and expertise from him and his staff.

I had my left & right hip replaced by Dr. Ritzow. Everything went very well. I can't express how great the surgery went. Definitely would recommend having Dr. Ritzow do your surgery. Very easy to talk to & will help in any way to get you back to normal!!!!

Dr. Ritzow Is amazing he explains everything clearly to where I understand. I’ve had a couple surgeries done with him my son had his ACL repaired and his dad had a whole knee replacement done by him. I would always highly recommend him.I will always go back there even though some of the staff isn’t the friendliest still well worth it to see him.

I like it when the health professionals back away from their computer screen and look at me when they're talking to me. He sits down for the visit and is not backing out the door at the first chance. Explains things to me

I have seen Dr. Ritzow before about 3 years ago. He is a very good doctor. We appreciate his effort to give us relief from our pain. He was the answer to prayer three years ago and he was very helpful yesterday with my shoulder. I am already feeling better than was. Dr. Ritzow is great and does not waste time. We need more like him!

Had discussion about future knee surgery

I went to this doctor with extreme pain in my left hip. He examined me and determined that an injection into my hip was needed, but it took two days before the nurse even bothered to call me back and schedule an appointment. That appointment should’ve been scheduled while II went to this doctor with extreme pain in my left hip. That appointment should’ve been scheduled while I was still there.. By the time they called me back to schedule an appointment. I went to another orthopedic doctors office at OSMC and was scheduled for an injection the same day because they knew I was in. Dr Ritzow and his staff seem to have little concern for my condition the pain was so intense. It was a nine out of 10 I would never go back there nor would I ever recommend anyone see that doctor

Very kind, knowledgeable and caring. Gave good explanation after x-rays to explain problem with my knee. Knee injection was painless.

Last followup from rotator cuff surgery. I am pain free and great mobility. Experience was excellent. If a need presents itself, I would easily return to Dr Ritzow.

I went in with knee pain. I had an X-ray prior to my visit. Dr. Ritzow was patient and took time to answer all my questions regarding the X-ray and his findings in the examination of my knee bringing up the imaging and explaining what was seen. He really cares about his patients.
