Dr. Rho took me on as a patient the beginning of covid. My other dr Left so added quite alot on. He is very professional and also helps his patients getting eye shots calm. He takes care of business very efficiently and always answers any questions. He runs a very organized staff that's why things run so smoothly. If you need a retina specialist He is your dr.

Excellent Retina Specialest
Dr. David Rho is Board Certified and has been treating me for years for wet macular degeneration. I have had several injections over the years all of which were painless. He and his staff are always kind and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Rho and his staff.

I highly recommend Dr. Rho.
I highly recommend Dr. Rho to anyone in need of a retina specialist. Dr. Rho studied at highly regarded institutions, has extensive experience, and such a calm and respectful beside manner. Dr. Rho performed 3 eye surgeries to close tears in my retina in my left eye. I was beyond terrified by the issue, but Dr. Rho calmly said to me, 'we'll take care of this.' And he did. There is no doubt that he has saved my sight in my left eye. He continues to monitor my eyes with the utmost attention. I so appreciate the care he and his team provide. If you are looking for the best, you will find it in Dr. Rho.

My Specialist, My Eyes
I have been seeing Dr. RHO for many years. He has answered my scary questions with much caring. I believe, I might be blind by now, if not for Dr. RHO'S unique set of skills and knowledge. He exhibits a quiet determination when I am in his care.I have Macular Deneration in both eyes. I am grateful to live at a time when this very specialty care is available. I trust Dr. Rho. When I feel fearful, I think of the bigger picture of opening my eyes and seeing each day. I am grateful. Once after explaining my concerns to Dr. Rho, he suggested to think on the bigger picture. Those words remain with me to this day. Those words help me to have courage and grasp the gift of my sight. Thank you.

Dr David Rho
Dr. David Rho has been my Retina doctor for over 11 years. He is extremely caring and knowledgeable. I was very anxious when I started having symptoms that were affecting my vision. I was sent to see Dr Rho immediately. I have many serious medical problems, especially Lupus, Heart Disease , vasculitis and Diabetes. Dr Rho , having the expertise to deal my vision problems along with all of my other health issues, diagnosed Wet Macular Degeneration in addition to my my changes in vision. He always kept my medical doctors informed of my progress. I was on the shots for several years. I did well but continued to see Dr Rho on a regular basis. Having had a break from the shots for a while, on a recent visit Dr Rho found that once again I had fluid building back up and would need to start the shots again. I wasn’t anxious at all. I have complete faith and confidence in Dr Rho. He is very gentle and calming and explains everything to me. I would highly recommend Dr Rho to everyone.

Excellent Doctor
Dr. Rho is a very caring and professional doctor. He has treated me for wet macular degeneration since 2019. He is very gentle and answers all your questions. He has a we'll trained and efficient staff. I have had over 30 injections to preserve my vision. I have never experienced any pain during or after each injection.

Excellent doctor
I have been Dr. Rho's patient for over a decade, and the quality of the care he has provided has been outstanding. Dr. Rho is a knowledgeable and caring physician. He takes the time to explain how my condition is responding to treatment, and he listens to my concerns. On the occasions when I have had an emergency he has always made time for me in his busy schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Best Retina Specialist in the Area
I see Dr. Rho on a regular basis due to torn retinas in both eyes that I didn’t even know I had! He immediately performed laser surgery to repair them and has kept my eyes healthy since- (I’ve had several more). He is the most competent and caring specialist you could ask for. Once I called on a weekend and spoke to a doctor on call about an issue with my eye. When I updated Dr. Rho about the call he told me -next time have them call me. That shows how dedicated he is to his patients! Now I have my mother seeing him too. Dr. Rho is the best!

Dr Rho has always been extremely professional and knowledgeable at every visit. I have been diagnosed with retinal disease and I wouldn’t trust my vision in anyone else’s hands. He is always on top of the latest treatments. If a treatment is not working he doesn’t just keep on using the same treatment to get reimbursements, That shows that he cares and treats each patient as an individual.

Amazing Doctor
Dr. Rho is an Amazing Doctor. He is very caring, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I have been a patient of his for over 5 years, and can't imagine entrusting my eye care to anyone else. Dr. Rho is experienced professional and excellent in his work . I know Dr. Rho for many years. My mom is diabetic and had to have injections in her eye in order to clear her vision. Dr. Rho is Top-Notch!
If you are looking for a professional, caring, and experienced doctor, I would strongly recommend Dr. David Rho. His experience and skills are Top-Notch! For example, both eyes had torn retinas, and using the technology of today he repaired them with excellent results. Like everyone, I researched the internet for the best care possible, and I decided to choose Refocus Eye for my procedures. I'm glad I did! Dr. Rho explained each step of the process, answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and treated me like I was family.
