Caution stay away from this doctor
This doctor does not have good bedside manner. He is not responsive to messages through the patient portal. Did not fill out my pre authorization correctly which delayed me getting my much needed medication. He is dismissive and charts do not match up with visits. I feel like I am an inconvenience when coming in for care. I am switching to another provider. As a patient I expect to be treated with dignity and respect.I pray that leadership cares about the patient experience and is following up on all of these concerns.

Have nothing to do with this Doctor!
He is someone who seems to not care patients. He does not read my chart before seeing me, I was in intensive care and rehab after an accident and when I saw him he seemed to not even know anything my condition, the accident or had read my chart. After a scathing response from my daughter who was with me, the next time he did read the chart and mentioned something that occurred at my discharge two months previously, which if it was a concern he should have addressed it then not now. He does not respond to CVS when they request new RX for my prescriptions for maintenance medicine and his office does not respond to calls until days and sometimes a week later. He has no bedside manner and as a geriatric patient he acts as if he just wants me to die and he does not want to be bothered with caring for me. I have asked for help on matters and he ignores me. I am moving to another doctor that is not in this group at all, I have had enough

He listens, writes then schedules another appt.
He doesn’t seem to worry about my symptoms and makes no attempt to help. He just covers his backside.

Don’t Think He Knows Who I Am!
It’s hard to say if he’s a good doctor or a bad doctor but I can tell you every time I come in, based on him asking me for the next follow up appointment for an issue, he stares at me like what are you doing here. I’m leaving him, not the practice. Sadly he needs to learn to engage with people fully and be present not just take notes and make appointments for the next time and the next time in the next time. What a disappointment

Excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Both cares for his patients and advises for important referrals. I'm sorry to see such bad reviews since my experience was outstanding.

Terrible doctor. Rude, short, disrespectful. The entire organization (Carolina Internal Medicine) is unprofessional and nasty.

Worst doctor I have ever gone to. Disrespectful, short, cuts you off when you're explaining symptoms, terrible bedside manner. He got aggressive with me because I complained about his rude front desk staff.

I have found him to be extremely focused on determining my health needs. I trust his judgement and don't assume I know better what to do to address them - else why need a doctor? My health is my responsibility, not my doctors; and Dr. Reilly provides the guidance (and meds) needed to maintain it. He is young, yes, but I also know that at least 3 years of residency preceded his new practice; so he is not "learning on the fly" He is a great listener and doctor and I am a very pleased patient.

This practice is exceptionally impersonal. It was like being a car in for its 50,000 miles inspection. Dr. Reilly is young and his book learning is obvious. He is not old enough to understand how real the changes are that come with age. He is trying. I have been there once for my premier appointment, but I doubt seriously that I go back. I felt like "myself" was not part of the conversation.
