Dr. David Ramsey, MD

I’ve been to Dr Ramsey a few times. Him and his staff have always been welcoming, understanding, and attentive to my issues. Dr Ramsey is not “knife happy” like some doctors in this area. He was quick to send me to a pain specialist (who doesn’t push narcotics) and get me the relief I needed. Any time I’ve had to leave a message his office staff always relayed what I said correctly and I received a call usually the same day. I cannot recommend his office and staff enough.

Have went to Dr. Ramsey with several different issues thru the last 14 years. He has always been very attentive to my issues and he is conservative on surgery options. He never seemed to be rushed during our appointment. The office staff is wonderful also! All of them are always willing to help in any way.

He took the time to assess your condition and come up with a treatment plan tailored to fit you, the individual.

Dr Ramsey spends time actually listening to you. He offers all kinds of treatment options and spends time explaining each option. I wouldn't trust my spine with anyone else.

The waiting area was empty, yet sat in pain for 30 minutes before taken back to examining room. Nurse did interview asking the same questions I had spent hours on filling out, New Patient Forms, in advance. Then another 30 minutes later, Ramsey came in, did some examination and spent another 20 minutes writing up a report in the examine room. He prescribed the same pill my PCP had prescribed. Almost 3 hours in pain, had enough and had to go to the front to finally ask to leave. Not worth the the high co-pay nor any confidence in his quick to surgery without alternatives first. If surgery is required, Ramsey will not being doing it.

I love Dr Ramsey. He doesn’t do surgery if there are other options. I had a nerve pinched in my back. Medicine has solved my problems. He is very easy to talk to and understand. Never feel rushed. He always is willing to answer questions. Never a long wait after appointment time. I have found all of his staff to be very friendly and nice. I highly recommend him.

Great doctor but everything spoiled by the most obnoxious and belligerent front staff who make you feel like you are trying to steal from them.

I had back surgery with Dr Ramsey a couple years ago and was very happy with the procedure...went home next day and no problems. I recently took a deaf friend to him....a difficult patient in general but so far a good outcome....
