Most Caring Doctor, Highly Recommend
I could write a book about how much Dr. Pritchard has helped me. He literally saved my life. After being not listened to by several other doctors I had seen, I am so grateful to God that I was finally referred to him. He takes his time to listen and think through what you are telling him. He is so smart while being very humble and kind. He is very methodical in his history and question asking. He was so thorough and almost like a detective as he was determined to figure out what was going on with me. I ended up having a very rare neurological condition that he was able to figure out. I am on treatment now and my condition has stabilized. I don't even want to think about where I would be if I had not been referred to him. I am so grateful for how much he has helped me.

Not a caring physician
I was an established patient needing to see Dr Pritchard after being in the hospital for a seizure. Could not get a call back to be worked in. After being persistent his nurse Natalia told me to go to the ER. She stated she gave him the message and he hasn’t answered. I had to email my record from the hospital. I had never had seizures before. I’m supposed to have an MRI and EEG Don’t bother with this practice!

Dr. Pritchard is an excellent physician. He found a rare brain disease I have that I don’t think any other doctors would have taken the time to look for or explain clearly to me.

I highly recommend Dr Pritchard. I went to him after going to several other neuros here in Memphis, and basically being told yes, there’s something wrong with you but we don’t won’t to spend the time or effort to figure it out. My first appointment with Dr Pritchard was in Jan 2017. He asked me to provide him with all my medical records from any doctor I had seen in the past 2-3 years for any reason, including eye and dentist. He found a note in my eye dr about the eye muscles, and because I was having double vision episodes, he sent me to Southern College of Optometry. Long story short, he’s diagnosed me with a rare condition that’s been confirmed. Those other doctors couldn’t be bothered to do a full review or all the simple but repetitive testing, along with working with the SCO. MG isn’t life threatening, but untreated, it does affect quality of life. Now my appoint are very quick, with no talking because he’s using that time to help others, like he helped me.

I came to Dr. Pritchard after being seen by another Neurologist that would not take the time to listen to me explain my symptoms fully. Dr. Pritchard is an excellent doctor who truly cares for his patients. He has a warm personality and takes time to listen to his patients. He has done wonders to help me have a better quality of life. I owe him a huge thank you and recommend him highly to others looking for a Neurologistthat truly cares!

I have night terrors. Recently, I woke up in hysterics @ 2 a.m. from the worst night terror I've ever. had, My wife & I didn't know what to do. We called the after hours service for help. Dr Pritchard called back . He proceeded to scold my wife for calling and waking him up, saying the after hours service is for emergencies only It took 15 minutes for my wife to calm me down from the horrific night terror. I was very upset, and to me, this was an emergency. Dr Pritchard was rude and uncaring

My wife was seen by Dr. David Pritchard in February 2017. My wife calls his clinic daily and they never returned her call. Last we heard, my wifes note to Dr. Pritchard that the note to call her is sitting on his desk. Now its March 16th, still no diagnoses. Save yourself some trouble and go to Memphis Neurology. Much better staff and returns calls.

One of the not good physicians I've seen. Won't listen and places making money above the individual patient.
