Anyone. Do not worry about the pain. There is none. I am so relieved that I did not have to experience any pain. They are masters at properly administering local anesthesia during vasectomy. You won't feel a thing. (It's difficult to imagine because the area is inherently sensitive---but trust me, I was extraordinarily surprised and relieved. There is no pain during the procedure). Thank you so much Dr. Perlow!!!! (*comforting fact: Perlow has done 22k+ vasectomies. I call that "Grandmaster").

Got a vasectomy. I called in and was able to make an appointment for the next day. The consultation and procedure were done at the same time. My appointment was at 10:30; they saw me promptly at 10:30, and I walked out with a completed vasectomy at 11:10. Total price was $599 (got a $80 discount for going on a Tuesday). There was very minimal pain during the procedure. It was less painful than getting a cavity filled!

Great Doctor for was very happy with my procedure!! Same day service and way less pain than I anticipated!! Would highly recommend Dr. Perlow and the no scalpel procedure!

I had a bad experience with Dr. Perlow, regarding pain, billing, and follow-up. -Pain: I told him I typically require more anesthetics. He was dismissive of my concern. During the procedure, I experienced an intense shock of pain. My wife heard my scream from the waiting room. -Billing: I paid for the full amount on the day of, but 10 months later, I received a bill for $16 along with threats to send my bill to collections. -Follow-Up: 3 attempts to have him test my sample, was never available.

I went here for a vasectomy. First, the office verified my insurance & out-of-pocket expenses immediately & contacted me to schedule the appt. They were able to get me in THE NEXT DAY! Dr. Perlow performs the consultation & the vasectomy on the same day, first visit. The whole process is VERY quick. I was in the clinic for less than an hour TOTAL. Procedure was mostly painless, minus the needle that administers the anesthetic. Whole process feels a bit rushed, but nice to be in and out.

The worst doctor I have seen. Told me I was drinking too much water. Spent only 10 minutes with me. I ended up in urgent care that weekend. Office said to not worry about copay and now they are not honoring that promise. Very disappointing that we have doctors like this in our very expensive medical field.

Went in for a standard vasectomy and pre-paid $599.00. Long story short my blood pressure was elevated to the point that the doctor could not complete the surgery. My transaction was supposedly voided but it has been just over three weeks and my money has still not been returned and on top of that I was sent another bill for $105 for my visit. I'm out $700 and saw the doctor for a total of 5 minutes. If you want to get ripped off by a bunch of scam artist scum bags this is place.

I visited to have a vasectomy performed. The process was extremely quick and Dr. Perlow made it seem like a routine checkup. It was nothing like I expected which I attribute to how Dr. Perlow manages the process. I would highly recommend him if you are considering this procedure.
