He has NO bedside manner. My husband was in ICU and nothing was explained to him or me. He was brusque and impatient. My husband died suddenly and unexpectedly and when I wanted an explanation of what happened he read quickly from the nurses notes (all things I knew from being there) but did not tell me anything that could help me understand medically what happened. He never offered condolences like a normal human being would do. He never even said he was sorry I lost my husband or offered any assistance. He acted as if I was giant pain for even wanting to speak with him! He ended up hanging up on me.
