Absolutely THE BEST!
I had issues with an accidental injury repair. I called because Dr. Neal was in my insurance network. He agreed to see me within 48 hours. He was kind, attentive, precise and very informative. He was a GodSend! I am so glad for Dr. Neal and his excellent team. My injury repair took 30 minutes. I am back on the road to heal. He is the best!

Rude
I was diagnosed with an inguinal hernia, which is quite painful, especially when I'm trying to be active. I was referred to Dr. Neal and fully expected to talk about scheduling surgery at my appointment. His associate fixed my husband's hernia a year ago. Dr. Neal made me feel very self-conscious with his unnecessary comments about my body. He refused to schedule surgery because I'm fat. I've been losing weight and had already lost 15-20 pounds before my appt but he didn't care. He said I had to lose at least 60 pounds before he would even consider surgery. My husband, who has a BMI of only a couple points lower than mine, was given no weight requirements for surgery. I was sent elsewhere for a second opinion and will be having laoroscopic surgery soon, somewhere other than Banner. I'm getting fed up with Banner, their rude doctors and their shady billing practices. It feels like their doctors worry more about their own liability as opposed to patient care.

He did lipo scopic gallbladder removal surgery I've had four of these kind of surgeries previous never once has my belly button been ripped to the point where I needed stitches I didn't have bruises all over my stomach like I do now. He's not a very good people kind of person. I would not recommend this surgery for anyone from him. I hurt so bad my entire stomach is bruised. Surgeons she have a little softer hands in a minute when they f****** like you did ripping my belly button. Thank you Dr. for this unnecessary pain

If you have questions and need explanations along with a caring attitude, this is NOT your Dr. He did not even willingly give us the time of day after exploratory surgery. (laparoscopy). We are left with almost as many questions as before our initial consultation.
