VERY FORTUNATE HE IS MY DOCTOR!
I have been going to Dr. Najjar for over 20 yrs. I am blessed he is my Primary Care Dr., great bed side manner, he has never been wrong on any diagnosis. As a Family Practice Dr., he does not refer me every time I have an appt. Only once to a Nephrologist & I loved the Dr. he referred me to, best in Gwinnett. I'm fortunate that I started seeing him before he had to quit taking Medicare patients, like so many doctors. He has been a blessing to me!

Highly recommend Dr. Najjar
I've been a patient of Dr. Najjar for over 26+ years. I've had a lot of health issues that seem to be in the <1% and Dr. Najjar has diagnosed them all. I "trust" Dr. Najjar with my healthcare needs. I remember having an flu like event that would not go away that lasted longer than normal. I received a call after 10pm on Friday from Dr. Najjar who was still trying not figure out what I had. It turned out I had Bronchiectasis and referred me out to a pulmonologist. And just recently I had a mild case of COVID-19 in early June 2022. In mid July I start developing several shoulder and hip pain. Which Dr. Najjar quickly diagnosed as Polymyalgia rheumatica. I see there are some poor reviews here, they are "not" about Dr. Najjar's medical experience, his caring and soft demeanor, and the thoroughness in resolving your medical issue. If you are looking for a 5-stars PCP, take it from someone who has 26+ years as his patient. I trust Dr. Najjar.

DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE. If you go for you free annual visit and the nurse asks if anything hurts, make sure you do not answer her. They will charge you for everything. So yeah, the nurse baits you and then they charge you for the free visit. DONT GO HERE.

My experience with Dr Jajjar has always been good. Recently my biggest problem is with his staff. They are very rude over the phone. I tried to make an appointment to review some surgery and talked to the most condesending person. She didn't provide her name, but needs to learn something about customer service.

Dr. Najjar is a wonderful doctor. In 2006, he diagnosed my colon cancer with a colonoscopy and that probably saved my life. This past week, I went in with a toenail cutting into my big toe and he went right in and fixed it. I also had experienced in Florida doctors who would spend a token 5-10 min. with you, and shuttle your right out the door. I asked his opinion on a number of issues I was having and he spent a lot of time going through tests done in Florida, etc. He is thorough and the "best"
