Best doctor ever
He discovered issues I didn’t realized were problems that weren’t necessarily skin conditions, but ended up being related. His staff helped set up tests and arrange coverage for medicines. All o

Dr. Najarian is a very compassionate doctor.
He is very thorough, he listens, asks questions and explains. He reviews all options with patients to assure they can make informed decisions. Both he and his staff are very friendly and I am very grateful for the exceptional service they provide. Dr. Najarian provided excellent care to my husband and called him at home to see how he was doing after his MOHS surgery. I am now under his care and I highly recommend Dr. Najarian.

Missed my cancer
Dr. Is condescending. Tried to diagnose other conditions besides skin. Ignored and belittled my skin lesion concern. Told me, 'Stop worrying about that. It's nothing'. Next day I went elsewhere and was biopsied for a squamous cell carcinoma. Moh's surgery done by new dermatologist.

Moh's Surgery Survivor
I went into Randolph Dermatology to have a spot on my forehead looked at and a skin tag removed. The on staff Physican's Assitant Carlos Martinez wanted to take a biopsy of the spot on my forehead. This is a spot that a Dr in Bergen County had told me was nothing a year prior. So grateful for Mr. Martinez's due diligence because it ended up being basal cell carcinoma. Dr. Najarian performed Moh's surgery on my forehead back in January 2024. He was able to get everything on his first attempt. The staff was amazing. They brought over a tray with various snacks while you wait for them to test the skin they cut to make sure the edges were clear. The nurse on staff gave me very detailed aftercare instructions. It was the most thorough walk through I've ever had. This surgery can be traumatic, especially when the surgery is on your face. Dr. N even called me that night to ask how I was feeling. I've seen some review less than 3 stars for Dr. N. I'm normally not someone who reviews products o

Great doctor & staff
Found Dr. Najarian on the insurance provider’s mobile app. He came recommended per the vast majority of reviews and now I can see why. Every staff member was courteous and efficient, greeting everyone with a smile. Dr. Najarian was kind, direct, thorough, and you can just tell he’s passionate about his work & patients. Didn’t wait either - which was a pleasant surprise given it is the norm these days for specialist doctors, even got in a few minutes early. No BS, highly recommend.

worst staff ever!
While i like Dr. Najarian and have been a patient of his for 10 years, I will no longer go there due to the incompetent staff he has. I was left without medication for days because no one returns phone calls. And then they get nasty with you!

Disrespectful of my time, not very personable pers
Extremely long wait times, often without an apology. DR Najarian is ' friendly' but not very personable. I stopped going because 2 hour wait times were not acceptable in my books.

Outstanding doctor
Dr Najarian is incredibly thorough and a top notch diagnostician . He truly cares about the patient and focuses on every finite detail including family history for proper diagnosis . I have recommended him to many people I know that were misdiagnosed

He comes across professional but a very steel character with little emotion. I have not written a negative review for a doctor before but what has prompted it is that he pushes procedures and steps that are geared to maximizing his business. I've discussed with other physicians and they concur. He oversteps his bounds and should stick to dermatology and no other area.

Was worried about a spot on my skin. I was given a referral from a friend to Randolph Dermatology. In the first visit the spot was treated via biopsy immediately. I then did a full body/skin screening test in the follow up visit. David N., MD was very helpful, explained each step & provided literature for preventative care. Treated me with care and understanding.

Do not go to Dr. Najarian! I just recently saw him with my 13 year old son, who has a rash on his face. He was quick to make a diagnosis that involves and auto-immune disorder and then proceeded to tell my son what possible autoimmune diseases he might develop when he gets older. He also told us he had to remove his mask, so he didn’t suffocate on his own CO2, which anyone with half a brain knows is not true! I think the way he acted was unethical and dangerous! My son left in tears! Now he’s not only terrified that he might be sick for the rest of his life, but that he might have been exposed to Covid-19.

Great. I was feeling very ill by time I got to his office, lightheaded, nauseous and bad headache. We got through skin check and he wanted to take my B/P and discovered I had severe hypertension. I wound up in ER that day. If he didn’t take my B/P I would have had no idea of my dangerous, high B/P. He is very smart and thourough.

Dr was 20 min late . Barely looked at skin rash.. spent most of time talking about rheumatoid arthritis then said “well if you don’t want to hear about that I can just give you some cream because I’m running out of time..you may have psoriasis.” ...??? Rushed thru and dismissed. Saw another doctor a week later NO psoriasis!! Basically dry skin rash!!!! Don’t waste your time.... or apparently his!! Misdiagnosed and seemed as though we were wasting his time with a rash.
