Horrible. I “fired” him after my first “simple procedure” I would not let him touch me with a Q-tip.

Supposed to send my pharmacy a prescription, but did not. His office does not answer the phone. After trying to followup on my RX from Feb. 28, I finally got through to somebody in the SunCoast organization by pressing the New Customer prompt on March 8, to say I quit. I don’t know whether it is the doctor’s fault or his staff, but they aren’t worthy of my business.

Had a checkup and precautionary care and a good visit. I like the staff and the atmosphere and really appreciate the professional care.

I saw Dr. Murray for a squamous cell carcinoma and he provided me with amazing care!

Dr. Murray was very knowledgeable and kind during my visit. He took the time to explain my biopsy results to me and also offered alternative options to surgery that he did not provide within his office. He was also very sweet to my little girl. Now every time that we drive by the office, my daughter asks if I can have another surgery so she can see Dr. Murray lol. He only sees surgery patients, so if you need something else done, you will see someone else in the office. I would recommend him to anyone!!!

I am fair skinned with a strong family history of skin cancer including having pre-cancerous spots removed myself. I have never had such an incomplete skin check before. He asked ME if there was anything concerning on different areas of my body instead of checking FOR HIMSELF as a Dermatologist should!! I was appalled at the incomplete and half-hearted skin exam. I’m new to the area, and I will be finding another Dermatologist who is thorough and diligent in their exam. I started to lift up my shirt for the exam I THOUGHT I was supposed to have and was told to put it back down as he didn’t need to check everywhere. Are you kidding me??? What is a yearly skin exam supposed to entail???? Substandard. Worst care I’ve ever received. I’ve also never had a doctor’s office send so many texts, emails, and phone calls before. It was bordering harassment as the appt approached. If I confirmed my appt via email, why am I still getting texts and phone calls and even more emails to confirm?

From the minute we walked in we felt welcomed and valued. Check in was easy and quick! The lady performing this task was outstanding and a great front man for the practice. She was professional and personable. A superb way to welcome patients. Taylor and Dr Murray were the same. So happy I chose this place over the other one I was considering. Thank you so much!

Always have to wait at least an hour in the waiting room after my appointment time. Then, there is an additional wait in the exam room. On one visit I was incredibly rushed, on another visit I wasn’t rushed at all. The doctor told me to use hydrogen peroxide for a surgical site, that is contrary to the recommendation of most doctors in the 21st century. I also never saw anyone wash there hands. In fact, there was a tray covering the sink in the procedure room. Also, the doctor prescribed a pain medication that is linked to increase risk of bleeding, after surgery, that doesn’t seem to make much sense.

This doctor is extremely rude. He may be good at skincare but you shouldn’t make your patient’s nor their caregivers feel bad when you make judge-mental comments about something not even relating to the skin care we are there for. I am a caregiver and literally left in tears because of how I was treated.

I called for an appointment and was scheduled within just a few days, WITHOUT another doctor's referral, saving me the initial cost. Dr. Murray was very professional and addressed my issues immediately, on the spot and I was finished with two excisions on the first (only) appointment. I love the efficiency of the whole process.

Quickly taken care of, with a thorough check

Dr. Murray is great. He is very kind and explained everything step by step. I trust him with my care. His staff Andrea and Coit were so professional and respectful and made me feel at ease.

No one washed their hands, no one sanitized my skin prior to procedure. I had anesthetic placed and was told he would come in 20-30 minutes, took over an hour (and that was only after I left the procedure room to inquire with the nurses about the wait). There was dried blood on the overhead light handle. Internal stitches were left with long ends that ended up protruding from healing incision causing longer healing time and worse scarring than should have been. I will NEVER return to this doctor for any reason.

Always Very Best Bed Side Manner! Have been to A lot of Dermatologist in my 74 years. Dr. Murray and his Staff is and are by far the Best of the Best!
