This doctor provided quite possibly the worst standard of care I’ve ever experienced. He was the 4th provider to come into my cubicle each with different plans and none of them communicating with each other. He never introduced himself or told me his plan of care. I had no idea if he was the doctor actually doing my procedure, a resident, a tech, etc. In the procedure room he walked in, never said a word to me and did procedures that nobody ever explained to me and I never consented to. He never asked about my pain levels during. When I asked him questions he couldn’t even be bothered to answer me. When he was done I had no idea what he even did. He walked out of the room without acknowledging me or providing any aftercare instructions. This provider has the attitude that he is above patients, he makes all the decisions and he can’t be bothered to include patients in any aspect of their care. DHMC allowing physicians to treat patients like this is an absolute disgrace.
