very dismissive attitude asked me what my symptoms were and before i could even finish he cut me off and started talking about something else. sighed very loudly over the when i asked him to call a certain number so that my antibiotic would be approved. then proceeded to say “they have a good time saying no” and then hung up. very rude and i would not go back to mid hudson.

I went into the ER by ambulance in horrific pain from spasms in my legs. I waited for 3 hours shouting from my room for someone to help me. I have never been in such pain. I was ignored. When Dr. Moore came in he asked if I wanted pain meds. I said no, just muscle relaxer due to spasms. It didn't take care of the spasms and I asked the nurse what she gave me. it was pain meds and a half dose of a muscle relaxer. i wondered why he bothered to ask. He then misdiagnosed me and discharged me to see a neurologist within 3 days. Of course no one could see me in such a short time. I should have been admitted and tests run. Only my primary doctor could see me and that started my search for a doctor who could diagnose me.
