Dr. David Michalak, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Michalak's for years. I cannot say enough great things about him and his staff. He listens to me and explains things to me so that I understand what is going on. He always takes as much time as is necessary and I have never one time felt rushed or ignored. Quite the opposite. His nurses and staff are equally helpful, friendly, and courteous. I wish every doctor had the great attitude and patience Dr. Michalak has. It's obvious that his patients are important to him. I couldn't ask for more.

Beforehand, I at length discussed with an abrupt woman on the phone, the reason I needed an appointment. She understood clearly and made the appointment. When I arrived, I was given a run around that was amazing. The incompetent staff pretended not to understand why I was there, and I was turned away. This office has some sort of agenda and I wasn't good enough, even though they are in-network providers for my insurance plan. Bizarre experience.

Had to replace our CPAP. They had one in the office so we got it quickly. However, in April, during the height of the Coronavirus, neither nurse wore a mask, and the one who handled our CPAP did not wear gloves! Probably will not return there.

Office staff friendly & professional. No wait time for appointment. Dr. Michalak is great listener, patient, & is truly interested in your well being. Would highly recommend!

Doctor spent time getting to know me and my health concerns and had a good bedside manner. I was also impressed that I was able to see the doctor on time as scheduled.
