Seemed annoyed with me
This was my first time seeing Dr. Mangold and I was not pleased. I felt as if he was annoyed with my questions and when going over my options I reiterated that I needed to do what was best for my kids. He said “ok” and then just walked out. I was flabbergasted.

I’m not sure why anyone would say that his bedside manner is not good. I am used to being treated poorly bc of my tattoos and I did not feel this way as his patient. Dr. Mangold took great care of me and answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend him to my friends and family.

His bedside manor is terrible. He talks down to his patients and family. He straight up told me he doesn’t care about my situation. I’ve left every appointment frustrated. He even tried to tell me how to run my life! His nurse asked him if he needed numbing medicine for a procedure and he said no- then proceeded to do the procedure even though it was very painful!

I went to Dr. mangold to get port placement and removal. Dr. Mangold was very off putting; every visit with him I left very frustrated with his bedside manner, and attitude towards my family and I. Most if not all of the office visits I had with him he talked down to me and wasn’t very helpful with answering questions. Maybe it’s just me but If feel like everything about him was very unprofessional and disrespectful. The nurses on the other hand helped me and were extremely nice, and compassionate. Hope this review helps others. Sincerely, Unhappy patient

Dr. Mangold's treatment for hemorrhoids was a tremendous success. His suggestion for my treatment has been a "life saver" for me. I am referring others to consider this treatment by Dr. Mangold. Now I have a full recovery, and trying to make up for lost time...! Should have had this surgery many years ago....!

Dr. Mangold was an answer to prayer for me. He explained things carefully, then listened carefully to make sure he was properly understood. The pathology reports always matched exactly what he said he thought the results would be. He got me in and out quickly, his staff was friendly. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor, and I tend to judge doctors harshly.

Thank you for your "first class" treatment Dr. Mangold! I came to the practice by intuition and then asked my primary to refer me and it was the best decision I made to treat my Hernia conditions. His post care treatment was bar none! Fantastic. I am at week 5 since having surgery and all is going well so far. The laporascopic incisions are minor and I feel so much better. The staff also is amazing who support him and I would recommend Dr. Mangold to all!
