I had A 2nd opinion visit with this doctor in March of 2019 ordered by OWCP. I had surgery in 2018 due to a work related injury and my recovery has been long and slow coupled with pain and mental stress which has not been easy. He walked in, no sox on his feet with sneakers on, tall, and lanky, shirt hanging out of his pants, and his appearance struck me as very unprofessional as well as unsanitary. If I were there on my own will i would have removed myself based on his outwardly exterior. This may sound like im being personal and these things shouldn't matter but they did to him and these things he commented on about me. He took certain things we discussed and added his own conclusions. Stated that i wasn't in pain when in fact i discussed the various issues i was having. Unfortunately for me he only mentioned positive pieces of the conversation leaving out my difficulties and hurdles. He basically called my a liar stating how i magnified my symptoms. Dr Lotman ordered a test that showed an abnormality in my lung. I never received a report or follow-up call from him, so I requested a copy of the report from the Radiologist and found the Radiologist recommended an immediate exam on my lung. To this day, I have never heard a word from Dr Lotman.
